Refunds & Returns Policy

All items sold by The Archives ZA are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you review product images and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

We are a curated resale store and do not provide third-party authentication services. Items are sold as described and photographed on our website.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thearchivesza56@gmail.com so we can assess the issue.

In the rare instance that a return is approved:

• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received

• Unworn, unused, and with original packaging (where applicable)

• Proof of purchase is required

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
